The equipment consists of pneumatically operated,
revolving plate with grips for 10 condoms
alternatively gloves. When the machine starts
the operation will be automatic. The plate
will rotate to the next position and the test
specimen in tap position fills with specified
amount of water. Equipped with a counter to
keep track of the samples tested.

Electric Hole Tester - EHT
The Electric Hole Tester is designed for testing
of holes on condoms according to the European
condom standard EN 600:1996 and to the international
condom standard ISO 4074:2002 Annex K.3. The
compact, PC controlled tester consists of
four individually operated test probes for
condoms. It is both timesaving and requires
a minimum of space.
Valendor's Electric Hole Tester is more than 100%
faster than conventional electrical hole testers.
For instance, testing a sample series of 315 pcs
takes only 20 to 26 minutes with Valendor's tester,
while the conventional machines requires more than
one hour.
STANDARD AND FORCED EXTENSION TEST
By filling the condom with more than 200 ml
(preferably 400ml) of electrolyte, a controlled
forced extension of the submerged condom is
achieved. This enables the latex to stretch
and holes, not detectable in the "Standard
Test", will be detected using this method.
Forced Extension Application is standard in
Valendor's testers.

Ageing ovens
The new series 8000 consists of 3 different sizes;
24, 56 respective 136 liters internal volume. The
cabinets are equipped with a ventilator fan that
can be regulated in 4 different speeds. Series 8000
meets the requirements in ISO 188, ISO 3383, IEC
811 and other equivalent standards. All 3 sizes
are table models. They are stackable. The two smallest
models will be delivered with separate brackets
for wall mounting.
